With a state-of-the-art parenteral manufacturing facilities in Germany, a rapidly expanding product portfolio and geographic footprint, the business is experiencing significant growth. To support this evolution, we are seeking an experienced
Global Head of Strategic Planning (m/f/x)
to support the leadership team and shape the company’s future growth strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the organizational structure, enhancing operational efficiency and driving the strategic growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap with the leadership team (Ever 2030 Program, ESG)
- Drive cross functional alignment between TechOps, R&D, Finance and Commercial
- Continuous improvement across the value chain and process landscape to secure scalability and competitiveness:
- Undertake operational excellence initiatives across procurement, production, supply chain, R&D and commercial operations
- Support digital transformation in all functions
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies where useful
- Support M&A & CAPEX projects from the economic and technical feasibility phase through implementation
- Carry out project deep dive analyses to support critical business decisions
- Coordinate internal and external strategic communication
Your profile
- University degree in business, natural sciences or engineering
- 5+ experience in pharma supply chain, production, sales or strategy
- Competence in operational excellence and process optimization, preferably with exposure to digital transformation, AI, or other tools
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
- Track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
