Responsibilities
The Global Pharmacovigilance Manager supports EVER Pharma’s global pharmacovigilance system, ensuring compliant PV operations across international markets. The role works closely with affiliates, representative offices and external partners and reports to the Head of International Pharmacovigilance.
- Coordinate global PV activities and support continuous improvement of PV processes
- Act as operational PV contact for affiliates, representative offices and external partners
- Maintain assigned sections of the global PSMF and related annexes
- Support PV process documentation, training records, compliance metrics and contractual arrangements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PV procedures and quality documents
- Support PV inspection readiness, audits and inspections
- Monitor PV compliance, KPIs and prepare compliance documentation for management oversight
- Support periodic safety deliverables, risk management activities and authority requests
- Contribute to signal management and safety data review with medical, regulatory and quality functions
- Support PV agreements and coordinate compliant deliverables with partners and service providers
- Vendor management and oversight for outsourced activities
Requirements
- University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or a related scientific discipline
- Experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of European and international PV requirements, including EU GVP and ICH guidelines
- Experience with PV quality systems, PSMF, audits, inspections, CAPA, partner oversight or safety databases is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
